"Took my 99 roadstar in for service ,they rejeted my carb , replaced the intake manifold which i had no idea was bad and saved me a ton of money in the furture as it could have led to engine malfunction ,replaced the air flter , changed the oil , also checked out valve adjustment on front Cylinder and checked out my gas gauge which doesnt work and needs a sending unit and will have to wait also replaced spark plugs and installed a crankcase breather . they were great to work with and the cost of all the work was very reasonable. Brian said your think i gave you a different bike and he was RIGHT!! it runs great so much better THANKS GUYS I highly recommend hillveiw and their crew and will return "

"Thanks to Tom, my husband was able to surprise me in August with a brand new Yamaha Grizzly 450 with power steering. There was an issue with the carbs and Tom ran it to his shop, the mechanic was waiting for him. They fixed the problem, adjusted my brakes to suit my need and Tom delivered it to our campsite personally. Being in retail myself I look for customer service. Tom and staff went above and beyond to satisfy a customer they may never see again due to location. However..If he's at Rock Run this year, we may be purchasing a new Grizzly for my husband!"

"I don't normally fill out surveys, but I had such a great experience at Hillview I decided to this time. I got a great price on my Grizzly 700 and 550. The money I saved made the gas and time spent traveling from Richmond VA well worth it. None of my local dealerships were willing to negotiate at all. They wanted MSRP minus factory rebate or nothing. I really don't understand this philosophy! Hillview worked out a great deal for me, provided the best possible customer service, introduced me to all the team members (sales, parts and accessories, finance, and service), helped with all of my questions in each department, and made me feel like I was their only customer, when in fact it was a very busy saturday with several customers making purchases large and small. Steve, in finance, was exceptionally helpful. He worked with me in completing paperwork. He even completed some of it through the mail so that documents could be notarized. If you are serious about making a purchase, regardless of where you live, you owe it to yourself to pick up the phone and give these guys a call! "

"Fabulous treatment from everyone. Patience with me taking my time to decide on which model I wanted, and encouraging about comparing all available ATV at the dealership.
